Birth & Education: Born on February 1966 in Warangal of Telangana State and obtained B Sc (Ag), (M.Sc (Ag.); Ph.D from Acharaya NG Ranga Agricultural University Hyderabad. 
Positions hold: Worked as Assistant Professor from 1999 to 2013 at Agricultural College, Aswaraopet, Associate Professor-2013-2016–College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, as Professor- 2016- till date College of Agriculture, Rajendrnagar.
Awards/Honours: Recipient of ANGRAU Best teacher award in 2011; Received “PJTSAU-best teacher research/extension scientist with highest funded external project award” for the year 2019; Received Smt Kavuri Sarada Memorial Award-2021 for best research paper (2023)

Achievements: Presently working as Professor and Head, Department of Plant Pathology, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. He has 24 years of teaching service and handled external Project sponsored by CCRH –New Delhi.  “Agro-homeopathy:  Potential of homeopathy as a tool to manage stem rot pathogen complex for a sustainable Agriculture with an operational budget of 30.32 lakhs. He prepared two lab manuals for the undergraduate courses and two lab manual for PG courses. He also organised two training programs on “Plant Disease Management” for the extension workers of ANGRAU and PJTSAU and organised National Webinar on “Recent Advances in Plant Health Management” during 24 & 25 of September 2021. He guided four PhD and Ten Msc. Students and associated with five professional societies as a life member to update the current knowledge in the field of Plant pathology. He has 72 Research papers 5 book chapters, 2 Technical bulletins and presented in several papers during national and international seminar /symposia.
