Birth & Educations: I born on 1st July 1968 in the village Ibrahimpatti of district Ballia of Uttar Pradesh Academically I did my Schooling from U.P. Board Allahabad High school in 1982 Intermediate in 1984 and my Graduation in agriculture from Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur in 1987, M. Sc. in Mycology and Plant Pathology (1989) from division of plant pathology, Institute of Agricultural Science, BHU, Varanasi and Ph.D. in Plant Pathology (1994) from ANDUAT, Kumarganj Ayodhya. 

Positions hold: Professionally I joined SKUAST, Kashmir as Junior Scientist cum Assistant professor in October 2002 and posted at Regional Research Station Kargil. I was selected as Programme coordinator in SKUAST- Jammu in July 2007and posted at KVK Poonch. I had joined ICAR in July 2009 as Senior Scientist Plant Pathology and posted at ICAR- Indian Grassland and Fodder Research Institute Jhansi and promotes as Principal Scientist Plant Pathology through CAS. I transferred to ICAR- National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms in July 2018. 

Awards/Honours: I have been awarded for best poster /oral presentation in national and international seminars and symposiums and also credited to Key note speaker in conference. I have been awarded best team award 201 as PME member and best division awards 2017 in IGFRI Jhansi. 

Research Areas:  I Have specialized in the areas of plant-microbe Interactions, biological control, biotic and abiotic stress management. I have been developed management strategies of Plant - microbe interaction, microbe- microbe interaction in rhizosphere, biological control, microbe-mediated enhancement of nutrient use efficiency and microbial technology for agricultural implication. I have working experience of fungal bioagents used as biopesticides and biofertilizers. I have also experience in formulation strategies of products of bioagents suitable for application in different ecology. Delivery system of bioagents formulation standardized for different plant disease management in various crops. Presentably working in the field of microbe mediated natural forming to sustain the system productivity. Working experience of arbuscular mycorrhizal  fungal application in agriculture. As curator serving in identification of fungal cultures deposited in NAIMCC unit of ICAR- NBAIM.
