Birth & Educations: Born on 8th June 1978, in Jammu district of Unition tritory of Jammu. Completed schooling up to senior secondary education from Jammu. Did graduation (B.Sc. Ag.) from Sher-E Kashmir of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, R.S Pura with an OGPA of 3.56/4.00 (distinction). Completed M.Sc. Ag. (Plant Pathology with merit certificate) under advisement of Dr R.K Goel, with an OCPA of 8.49 (Merit Fellowship) under advisement of Dr Indu Shrama, with an OCPA of 8.75 from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana.
